Center for Mindful Change™

meet the founder and director

Kathryn Griffiths, MSW, LCSW, BCD

Kathryn Griffiths, MSW, LCSW, BCD, is a founder and director of the Center for Mindful Change ™. The Center began as a thought in 1994 that became a belief and finally a legal entity in 2007.

Throughout years of having the privilege of helping and guiding the amazing clients Kathryn Griffiths came to the realization that the reason we have such difficulty changing our lives’ direction (how many times have we promised ourselves that we won’t over drink, over eat, procrastinate, use anger, let others control us…) is that we are not mindful of our own internal and external energies that drive us to act the way we do.

As a psychotherapist and coach Kathryn Griffiths is grateful and have been honored to be a guide for those who want to live lives that are full and fulfilled. She encourages each person, through a variety of techniques, to develop mindfulness and sense of self to help with personal change. It is sometimes hard work, but you are worth every moment of it!
