In this area of US Northeast, most people I talk to are really sick of things. They are sick of the cold, sick of the snow and ice. Sick of the clouds. They are all sick and tired of their views. If we can think of our life experiences as traveling along on a path or trail, as we move forward, our scene changes, and what we see and experience is a little different from the scene even a few moments ago. As happens on any walk or hike (or life), sometimes the view is not so nice, sometimes it is downright stinky. When part of your life feels to you as if you are trudging through a swamp, or just slowly trudging up a long, boring, steep path with no view to speak of, only the path directly in front of you, and you are really, really, tired of your view, remember to keep moving forward, your view will change as it always will; the vista is closer than you think.
