The Cottage "improvement plan" quickly became a gut-job, with everything new internally: plumbing, heating, electric, water.

This is the bathroom at the Cottage - it was originally a tiny bedroom and laundry room, with only enough room for cot and washer and dryer. I decided to take this smallest bedroom and make it into a beautiful, bright bathroom and laundry.
